MY COMPETITOR’S ONGOING SCANDAL
It is clear Baytieh is embroiled in a bad scandal. The OCDAs office fired Deputy DA Baytieh due to ethical and moral misconduct that resulted in a murder conviction being overturned. He is undoubtedly under a federal investigation as well as a state bar investigation given the overturning of a conviction due to a prosecutor’s misconduct. This should never happen.
People frequently asked, is he even allowed to run for judge? Apparently so. . . despite all of this bad press.
